Disappeared since December 28, a 21-year-old young man was found dead this Sunday in Rouen (Seine-Maritime).

His body was fished out of the Seine, at the Quai Jean de Béthencourt, reports France Bleu Normandie.

According to our colleagues, his identity card was found on him.

DNA analyzes will still have to be carried out to confirm that it is indeed the missing young person.

An autopsy will also have to be performed to determine the cause of death.

A farewell letter

Noé Chardron had not given any news to his relatives for almost a month.

He had left the family home, in Rouen, with his phone and his wallet.

An investigation for disturbing disappearance had been opened.

The young man had left a letter to his relatives.

“He explains explicitly that he wants to end it.

He has never expressed suicidal intentions before,” his father told 76actu on January 2.
