Most people can relate to the feeling of being completely engrossed in an activity.

That time can fly by without you noticing and that you become almost manic.

Anders Hansen, senior physician and program manager for "Din härna", has three solid tips to get flow more easily.

To begin with, you should perform a task that is difficult, but which you still master.

- Flow is a state between something being too easy and anxiety that it is too difficult, he says.

In addition, it will be easier if you remove possible distractions and ensure that you have slept and eaten properly.

Lack of sleep and hunger kill flow, according to Hansen.

Decreased brain activity

Although productivity increases for most people, brain activity decreases.

Anders Hansen finds out exactly what happens in the brain when we end up in this state.
