  From day to night on the 25th, there will be strong winds of magnitude 6 to 8 and gusts of magnitude 9 in the Taiwan Strait, the ocean to the east of Taiwan, the Bashi Strait, and most of the South China Sea. The wind force can reach level 9, and the gust can reach level 10-11.

At 06:00 on January 25, the Central Meteorological Observatory lifted the "Yellow Sea Wind Warning" and began to issue the "Sea Wind Forecast".
