Despite a warning about high flows in Svartån, the municipality of Tranås and Aneby have survived floods.
In some cases, the water has been close to properties, but there have been no floods.
- There is still some water on some lands, but it has still been calm here, says Jon Forsärla, preparedness coordinator in Tranås municipality.
Due to the warning of high flows, the emergency services have been ready in case something happens.
- We have charged for floods but nothing has come of it.
I see on SMHI that it will only rain on Sunday, so hopefully the water will have time to recede further.
