Matveychev added that the frozen money could be used to pay fines if the artist's guilt is proven.
Earlier, State Duma deputy Ivan Sukharev called for an audit on the subject of paying taxes on income received by TV presenters Ivan Urgant, Maxim Galkin, and actress Chulpan Khamatova.
