The Ministry warned the citizen cadres against accepting any fictitious or fictitious job or training offers, or in which there is fraud, because if the citizen accepts this offer, he will be a partner in committing the violation, since the agreement on fictitious settlement is based on supply and demand between two parties, explaining that the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 25 of 2022 regarding administrative violations and penalties related to the initiatives and programs of the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council (NAFES), holding the citizen who participates in the fictitious localization responsible, and depriving him of the privileges of (NAFES) initiatives in the future.

The Ministry called on citizens who are about to work or who are currently working in the private sector or members of society in general to report any wrong practices related to Emiratisation in the labor market by contacting the Ministry's call center 600590000, with the aim of strengthening control and raising the level of compliance.

The controls required the employer to enable the citizen to perform his work by providing the workplace and the necessary tools, while providing the minimum training and rehabilitation tools, and preventing the reduction of the citizen’s wages on the pretext of benefiting from government support programs, and the decision to grant the citizen a lower wage than his counterparts was considered a circumvention of legislation The resettlement organization.

It also required the employer to commit, when hiring a citizen, to obtain a work permit for him from the Ministry, conclude a contract and pay wages according to the regulations, register the citizen and pay monthly contributions to the pension and social security system according to the legislation regulating that within a month from the date of issuance of the work permit, and cancel the citizen’s work permit immediately Termination of the contractual relationship, and notification of any change to the employment contract that affects the conditions for benefiting from the benefits of the “Nafes” program.
