Three men appeared before the court of Senlis (Oise), Friday, to answer for violence and kidnapping.
At the beginning of January, two brothers had two motocrossers stolen from them in Val-d'Oise.
They had discovered one of them for sale on Leboncoin, reports

Decision had been taken to fix an appointment with the salesman and to go there to three, to recover the machine.
The trio had found themselves facing a minor, in Ercuis (Oise).
The latter had been slapped by one of the defendants, then threatened and taken by force in a truck, to fetch the second machine.
Convicted
He was finally brought back to his family, but the trio had promised to return the next day to recover 1,000 euros.
The next day, the family had called the gendarmerie, while at least seven people were waiting for them in front of their home.
Found guilty, the three men were sentenced to prison.
The firm portion of their sentence will be subject to electronic monitoring.
They are also forbidden to come into contact with the victim and his family.
