According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, due to the influence of strong cold air, it is expected that from 08:00 on January 23 to 08:00 on January 25, the temperature in most parts of the central and eastern regions will drop by 6-10°C. The temperature in the eastern part of the region and the eastern part of the south of the Yangtze River dropped by 12-14 °C, and the temperature in the eastern part of Jilin fell by more than 16 °C.

From the 24th, there will be continuous snowfall in western Tibet. The snowfall in most areas will be light to moderate snowfall, and there will be heavy to heavy snowfall along the line from Pulan to Nyalam.

There was strong wind, cooling and snowfall in the northern region yesterday:

Affected by the strong cold air, at 5:00 today compared with 5:00 yesterday, the temperature in northern Xinjiang, western Gansu, Inner Mongolia, and Northeast China dropped by 4-8°C. Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains, Inner Mongolia The central part, central Liaoning and other places have dropped by more than 10°C; some of the above-mentioned areas are accompanied by gusts of magnitude 7 to 9.

From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, there was light snow and local moderate snow in parts of central Inner Mongolia, Beijing, northern Liaoning, eastern Jilin, along the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, and central and western Gansu.

  This morning, heavy fog with visibility less than 1 km appeared in parts of northwestern Shanxi, northern Anhui, northwestern Jiangsu, eastern Hubei, southern Hunan, northern Guizhou, southern Fujian, and eastern Guangdong, with local visibility less than 200 meters.

Strong winds and cooling weather

in the central and eastern regions

  Affected by the strong cold air, it is expected that from 08:00 on January 23 to 08:00 on January 25, the temperature in most of the central and eastern regions will drop by 6-10°C, and the temperature in the eastern part of Northeast China, the eastern part of Jiangnan, and the northeastern part of South China will drop by 12°C. ~14°C, and the local temperature in eastern Jilin fell by more than 16°C.

The above-mentioned areas have successively had winds of magnitude 4 to 6, gusts of magnitude 7 to 8, and parts of western Gansu, western Inner Mongolia, northern Qinghai, Ningxia and other places have blown sand or floating dust.

There are winds of magnitude 7 to 9 and gusts of magnitude 10 to 11 in most of my country's coastal waters.

The lowest temperature during the process appeared on the morning of the 25th, and the lowest temperature line of 0°C will be located in the line from eastern Yunnan, southern Guizhou to northern South China (see Figures 1 and 2).

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue cold wave warning at 06:00 on January 23.

There will be continuous snowfall in western Tibet

  From the 24th, there will be continuous snowfall in western Tibet. The snowfall in most areas will be light to moderate snowfall, and there will be heavy to heavy snowfall along the line from Pulan to Nyalam.

  In addition, on the 23rd, there was light snow in southern Gansu, eastern North China, eastern Huanghuai, northern and eastern Northeast China.

In addition, there was light rain in the eastern part of Southwest China, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, and South China.

From 08:00 on January 23 to 08:00 on January 24,

parts of western mountainous areas in southern Xinjiang, southern Tibet, eastern Qinghai, central and southern Gansu, central and southern Hebei, central and eastern Tianjin, central and eastern Shandong, northwestern Guizhou, and northeastern Yunnan Area has light to moderate snow or sleet.

There was light rain in parts of Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, southeastern Sichuan Basin, most of Guizhou, southeastern Yunnan, southern China, and most of Taiwan Island.

There are 4-6 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Gansu, and northern Shandong.

The Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, most of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf will have strong winds of magnitude 7-9 and gusts of magnitude 10-11.

There are blowing sand or floating dust in parts of western Gansu, western Inner Mongolia, northern Qinghai, and Ningxia (see Figure 3).

From 08:00 on January 24 to 08:00 on January 25,

there were light to moderate snow in parts of northern Xinjiang and the western part of the Southern Xinjiang Basin, northern and western Tibet, and southeastern Southwest China. Blizzard (10-19mm).

There was light rain in parts of central and southern Yunnan, most of Hainan Island, and most of Taiwan Island.

There are 4 to 5 winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia.

The Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, most of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf will have strong winds of magnitude 7-9 and gusts of magnitude 10-11 (see Figure 4).

From 08:00 on January 25th to 08:00 on January 26th,

there were light to moderate snowfalls in parts of northern Xinjiang and the southern Xinjiang Basin, western Tibet, southern Qinghai, and eastern Jilin. Among them, there were heavy snowfalls in parts of western Tibet ( 10-19mm).

There was light rain in parts of southeastern Guangxi, the southern coast of Guangdong, Hainan Island, and eastern Taiwan Island.

There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia.

There will be strong winds of magnitude 7-9 and gusts of magnitude 10-11 in the Taiwan Strait, most of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf (see Figure 5).
