Starlink terminals used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine were seized in the DPR

“We know the benefits ... and harm to us brought by the Starlink space communications systems used by the Armed Forces,” Rogozin said.

In December last year, it was reported that SpaceX would supply 10,000 Starlink terminals to Kyiv.
