France and Germany will hold exercises of the Franco-German brigade in Lithuania and Romania

This was reported by TASS with reference to the text of the declaration adopted by the two countries following the meeting of the Franco-German Council of Ministers in Paris.

According to the text of the document, the purpose of the exercises is to support the allies of Berlin and Paris in the eastern part of Europe.

Earlier it became known that several thousand US troops would be left in the southeast of Romania for another nine months.
