Snipers from the US and Britain are abandoned on Bolshoi Potemkin Island near Kherson

This information was received by the Russian security forces from sources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.

“A US-British group of mercenaries, mostly snipers, drove to Bolshoi Potemkin Island in the Kherson region in order to terrorize the Russian-speaking population,” the report says.

It is noted that the victims of the killings of mercenaries are supposed to pass off as those killed by the Russian army.

Earlier it was reported that an American Marine who fought on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine died in Ukraine.

Also on January 18, foreign mercenaries were captured by Russian soldiers in Soledar.
