" assuring Thursday that his referral to court for alleged rapes would not prevent him from to be a presidential candidate in 2024. Adji Sarr's defense speaks of a "

".

The owner of the massage parlor Ndèye Khady Ndiaye must also be judged.

It is the Public Prosecutor who will have to fix the date of the lawsuit.

 Adji Sarr, a former massage parlor employee, filed a complaint in February 2021 “for repeated rapes and death threats” against opponent Ousmane Sonko, leader of the Pastef party.
