They also assaulted Palestinian youths and arrested one of them at Bab al-Amud, after they tried to confront a group of extremist settlers who were preparing to hold Friday night prayers, according to their beliefs.

The occupation police were seen taking the children to a security station for interrogation.

Human rights activists and organizations denounced what the occupation forces did as a violation of Israeli and international law, as these arrests were carried out without the presence of any adult family members of the children to accompany them during the interrogation with them, which leaves serious psychological effects on the detainees.

Dozens of settlers performed provocative dances in the Damascus Gate yard, and the occupation forces provided them with security protection, while suppressing the Palestinians after they started chanting national anthems.

The Israeli occupation forces killed two Palestinians and arrested 3 citizens in Jenin camp and city at dawn yesterday, Thursday, after violent armed clashes that took place for about 3 hours between Palestinian resistance fighters and the occupation forces, which incurred about 70 military vehicles into Jenin.

Palestinian sources reported that an Israeli soldier was injured during the clashes.

According to official sources in Jenin, the occupation forces prevented ambulances from approaching to treat the wounded.

Thousands of Palestinians in Jenin mourned the bodies of the two martyrs, Adham Jabareen (28 years old) and Jawad Bawaqna (57 years old).

With the fall of the two martyrs, the number of Palestinian martyrs since the beginning of this year in Jenin rises to 9, and the total number of martyrs throughout the West Bank to 17 martyrs who were killed by the Israeli occupation forces.
