“Although we see on the map that Kleshcheevka is, in fact, a very small piece of land, the fact is that strategically even this piece of land is very important,” TASS quoted him as saying.

According to him, the daily advance of the Russian forces leads the situation to the fact that, probably, it can already be said that "Artemovsk is approaching operational blocking, the enemy is already clamped on all sides."

He noted that only one route is not yet under the full control of the Russian troops, but even it is under the operational control of the Russian forces.

Earlier it was reported that the settlement of Klescheevka in the DPR is fully controlled by units of the Wagner PMC.
