Örnsköldsvik company BAE Systems Hägglund's combat vehicle 90 is sent to Ukraine

Ulf Kristersson (M), Ebba Busch (KD), Johan Pehrson (L) and Defense Minister Pål Jonson (M) announced what the new support package for Ukraine will contain and BAE Systems Hägglund's CEO, Tommy Gustafsson Rask, thinks it is good that the country get good equipment.

- The Ukrainians stand up and defend the democratic foundations for all of us Europeans, so that I suffer with them myself.

Then that they get the right equipment, I think that basically feels good, says Tommy Gustafsson Rask.

Long-awaited artillery system

In addition to the Hägglund combat vehicle 90, Sweden will send the long-awaited Archer artillery system.

- This is a very powerful artillery system with the ability to fight ground targets up to five miles away, says Integration Minister Johan Pehrson to SVT Nyheter.
