Kirby added that Washington was alarmed by the joint exercises between Moscow and Minsk.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Belarus informed about the start of the tactical flight exercises of the Union State.
During the exercises, it is planned to work out conducting aerial reconnaissance;
joint patrolling of the airspace along the border;
air support for groupings of troops.
As specified, all airfields and ranges of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Belarus will be involved.
