Lawyer Solovyov supported the idea to limit the right to establish media to those involved in discrediting the army

According to the lawyer, the proposal is justified and is aimed at strengthening "information hygiene in our public space."

“This can become an effective tool for preventing the appearance of fakes and enemy propaganda.

And here the rule works 100%: it is better to prevent than to disentangle the results of the formation of an unfavorable information environment later, ”Solovyov believes.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Yevgeny Fedorov proposed limiting the right to act as founders of the media to persons who allowed the army to be publicly discredited.

The legislator recalled that since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, unfriendly Western governments have been waging an information war against Russia and its armed forces.
