Logvinov said this in an interview with the Izvestia newspaper.

“There are no contacts between representatives of Russia and the European Union on the issues of the Ukrainian settlement, not only in the context of the “Korean option”, but also in principle,” he stressed.

Logvinov recalled the attempt to resolve the internal crisis in Ukraine in 2014 by Germany and France, adding that everyone understands how it ended.

Earlier, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov said that Kyiv was offered a settlement according to the “Korean scenario”.

The press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, called reports of the proposed “Korean scenario” for a settlement in Ukraine a duck.
