The "Blue Book of China's Aerospace Science and Technology Activities (2022)" is released and plans to arrange more than 60 launch missions this year

On January 18, the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation released the "Blue Book on China's Aerospace Science and Technology Activities (2022)".

The "Blue Book" shows that the Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation plans to arrange more than 60 space launch missions in 2023, launch more than 200 spacecraft, and carry out a series of major tasks: the manned space station project has entered the application and development stage, and the space station has entered the normal operation mode. One cargo spacecraft, two manned spacecraft launch missions and two return missions will be completed; the fourth phase of the lunar exploration project and the planetary exploration project will be comprehensively promoted, and the development of models such as Chang'e 7 and Tianwen 2 will be carried out; multiple national civilian missions will be launched. Space infrastructure scientific research satellites and operational satellites; completed the first flight of the Long March 6C carrier rocket, and further improved the Long March rocket spectrum.

The "Blue Book" pointed out that 2023 is the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and it is also a key year to accelerate the construction of an aerospace power and strive to achieve the goal of a century-old army. China plans to implement nearly 70 times throughout the year Space launch is expected to break the record again.

The number of space launches and flight tests continues to remain high

According to reports, the Aerospace Science and Technology Group plans to arrange more than 60 space launch missions this year, launching more than 200 spacecraft, and the cumulative number of launches of the Long March series of carrier rockets will exceed 500.

Among them, the major engineering tasks are still arduous. It is necessary to complete the three launch missions of Tianzhou-6, Shenzhou-16 and Shenzhou-17, and continuously improve the ability to enter and leave space, use space, and explore space; the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system will Complete the launch of 3 backup satellites to further enhance the reliability of the system; will launch Fengyun-3 06/07 satellite, Environmental Disaster Mitigation-2 06 satellite, high-orbit 20-meter SAR satellite, a new generation of ocean water color observation satellite, Zhongxing 26, Zhongxing Satellite 6E, Macao Science No. 1A satellite, etc., enable aerospace technology to better serve the people's livelihood and the development and construction of the national economy; the Aerospace Science and Technology Group will accelerate the construction of the "New Generation Commercial Remote Sensing Satellite System", and plans to launch another 7 four-dimensional satellite systems this year. Gaojing series satellites provide time-efficient and high-performance spatio-temporal information services for users in traditional and emerging markets.

Aerospace Science and Technology Group will also implement commercial launch missions such as Hongtu No. 1, Jilin No. 1, Geely Constellation, and Weili Space Beidou Low Orbit Navigation Enhancement System Networking Star this year. Opportunities to provide fast, stable and reliable "one-stop" launch services for various customers, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of my country's commercial spaceflight.

R & D and application tasks continue to maintain high intensity

This year, we will comprehensively promote the fourth phase of lunar exploration and planetary exploration projects, carry out the development of multiple models represented by Chang'e-7, Tianwen-2, and geostationary microwave detection satellites, and complete a number of commercial spaceflight and entire satellite export contracts. work; face the needs of major national strategies and economic and social development, continuously improve the integration of satellite applications into emerging fields, and support the economic development of key regions; realize the extension of Beidou applications to system integration and value-added services in the field of Beidou, continue to deepen civil aviation, and expand energy, emergency and other key areas industry; give full play to the advantages of space-ground integration and the comprehensive application advantages of satellite communications, navigation, and remote sensing, focus on the opportunities for intelligent upgrading of industries and local governments, and build an integrated product system and comprehensive business application solutions.

The new journey of building a powerful aerospace country has started in an all-round way

The "Blue Book" shows that China has fully established itself as a major space power, entered the ranks of the world's space powers, and started a new journey to build a space power in an all-round way.

Judging from the launch trend in the past five years, the launch activities of China and the United States have grown rapidly, the number of launches alternately leads, and the quality of launched spacecraft continues to rise, becoming the main driving force for world aerospace growth.

In 2022, China will complete 64 launch missions throughout the year, develop and launch 188 spacecraft, with a total mass of 197.21 tons ranking second in the world, and all data have reached record highs.

Among them, all 53 launches of the Long March series rockets were successful, and 128 consecutive launches were successful.

Looking at China's aerospace industry this year, in terms of launch activities, high-density launch tasks were implemented in an orderly manner, and the success rate remained high. The number of spacecraft developed and launched increased rapidly, and the research and development capabilities were greatly improved. Ability to develop by leaps and bounds.

·Science and technology innovation

Continuous innovation and breakthroughs in the fields of launch vehicles, manned spaceflight, lunar and deep space exploration, applied satellites, scientific and technological experiments, etc., have made many major scientific and technological achievements, and promoted the self-reliance and self-improvement of aerospace science and technology.

·Application service

Beidou navigation serves the world, China Satellite and Asia-Pacific provide continuous services, and space infrastructure forms an all-weather and all-weather earth observation capability. Various application satellites provide communication and broadcasting services, land resources services, marine resources services, meteorological observation services, and emergency management. Services, agricultural production services, ecological environment services, transportation services, science, education, cultural and sports services, etc. have played a huge role in various fields of economic and social development.

·International cooperation

Carry out various types of multilateral and bilateral cooperation such as facility and data sharing, technical cooperation, application services, exchanges and seminars, and actively promote international exchanges, industrial development and technology applications.

In terms of commercial aerospace development, the industrial system and market system have initially formed, and the stage of basic manufacturing and product research and development has entered a new development stage of application traction and market leadership. Commercial aerospace is accelerating to become an important force in the construction of aerospace power.
