“The Central Research Institute of Precision Engineering, as part of the implementation of the state defense order, supplied the Russian Ministry of Defense with another batch of 9-mm 6P72 self-loading pistols,” the concern said in a statement.
The pistol was developed at TsNIItochmash as part of the ROC "Udav".
Earlier it was reported that the latest Udav pistols in a special configuration will go to the Russian Armed Forces in 2023.
In October, Rostec reported that it was planned to create a self-loading training pistol in Russia on its own initiative.
The project was named Marker.
