The neighbor about the explosion: Rattling in the window panes

At 06:00 on Tuesday morning, there was a continuing extensive police operation outside the restaurant located next to Nytorget on Södermalm.

- The entrance to the restaurant is destroyed, there are shards of glass on the street and an awning has fallen down, says SVT's reporter Ellen Pan on the spot.

Several neighbors testify to a loud bang during the night.

- At first I thought it reminded me of the thunder in November.

Then I thought it might have been an explosion, says neighbor Elin Hök.

Another describes it as a strong pressure wave.

- The person said that the window panes were rattling.

It must have been quite a noticeable explosion, says reporter Ellen Pan.
