“The Russian government supported a bill on the transfer of light industry goods confiscated in cases of administrative offenses and received by the Federal Property Management Agency for humanitarian and defense purposes,” the material says.
According to the portal, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports that the draft law has been approved by the government commission.
At the moment, the confiscated light industry goods are being transferred to the Federal Property Management Agency for destruction, the bill suggests considering the possibility of transferring such goods to the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Earlier, the head of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, Andrey Klishas, considered it possible to implement the idea of confiscating property from Russian citizens for insulting the Russian Armed Forces.
