Refineries, energy, transport… Many sectors are already planning to mobilize against the pension reform on Thursday.

Among them, the teachers also who have every intention of protesting against the government's project.

Some teacher unions foresee a very strong mobilization among the profession.

Schools, colleges or high schools, National Education will not be spared from the strike.

No figure for the moment but the teachers' unions have every intention of joining the movement against the pension reform.

In Marseille, teachers and education staff are preparing Thursday's mobilization.

Willing to do anything to win

Marion Chopin, departmental academic secretary of the Snesup-FSU in Marseille, is preparing for a real marathon.

"The anger is there. It's unanimous. We go around the establishments, we inform, we discuss with colleagues about their feelings, their ability to mobilize. We organize what will happen Thursday also with our comrades from other organizations unions to ensure that the mobilization is very strong", she explains at the microphone of Europe 1.

To get organized, the appointment is made at the Jean-Perrin high school, one of the most important in Marseille.

“Most of us see that at the age when we are asked to continue teaching, we will no longer be good teachers. The goal is to gauge our strengths for this mobilization. in the teacher's room, it will be much more successful than usual. Colleagues who are generally just sympathizers feel really personally impacted and are ready to go to the standoff. They are ready to lose a day's salary or more if necessary", explains Julien Monge, teacher in Marseille.

With the backdrop for these teachers, the question of salaries which has crystallized anger in the profession for several years now.
