His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received today, at his palace in Zabeel, Sheikh Khalid bin Hilal Al Ma'awali, Chairman of the Shura Council in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, as part of his working visit to the country.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum welcomed the Chairman of the Omani Shura Council, stressing the depth of the distinguished fraternal relations that link the UAE with the Sultanate of Oman, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and his brother, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, and in light of the common desire to develop cooperation between them in all fields, in a way that contributes to achieving the interests of the two countries and their two brotherly peoples and serves to strengthen the foundations of security, stability and prosperity in the region and the world.
