Due to the confidentiality and legislation that applies in individual cases, the social administration announces that they cannot answer questions that directly deal with what happened.

But the authority is now available to those who have general questions and are concerned after what happened.

- We understand that many people are concerned and have questions and concerns, even if we cannot comment on individual cases, everyone is welcome to contact us if you want to know how we work in general with, for example, custody issues, LVU and children and young people, says Anna Saxin in a press release.

Questions concerning Family Law

There have been many questions concerning the Family Court, which, upon request, submits documents to the district court in matters of custody, accommodation and access, according to the authority.

Other issues concern the unit for children and young people, which works based on notifications or applications, offering support and help for families with children.

- At the Family Court, we also work with advice, information sessions, collaboration sessions, we draw up legally binding agreements between parents, establish paternity or parentage, as well as carry out adoption investigations and handle name matters, says Anna Henriksson Heidari, head of unit at the Family Court, in the same press release.
