“I believe that spending holidays at luxury resorts and deliberately publicly posting such provocative photos is unacceptable for either deputies or officials of any level at such a time,” Kuvshinnikov was quoted by RIA Novosti as saying at an operational meeting.
He noted that he strongly recommends not to travel to foreign countries and to support those in need, including fellow countrymen participating in the special operation.
