Affected by cold air and strong winds, from the daytime on the 16th to the 18th, there were sand or floating dust in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, central and western Gansu, and eastern Qinghai, and there were local sandstorms.

  From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, light to moderate snow or sleet occurred in central and southern Jiangsu, Anhui, Shanghai, central and northern Zhejiang, central and northern Jiangxi, eastern and southwestern Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, northeastern Sichuan, and northern Guizhou Snow, precipitation in western and northeastern Jiangxi, central Chongqing, and northeastern Sichuan has 5-14 millimeters of precipitation; freezing rain has occurred in Tongren, Bijie, Guizhou, and Chenzhou, Hunan.

there were light to moderate snow or rain clips in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwestern Heilongjiang, eastern Tibet, eastern Qinghai, southwestern Hubei, eastern Sichuan Basin, Chongqing, and northern Guizhou Snow, among them, there is heavy snow in parts of eastern Tibet and other places.

There was light rain in parts of southern Zhejiang, northern Fujian, northeastern Hainan Island, and northern Taiwan Island.

There are 6-7 winds in parts of southern Qinghai, Hexi, Gansu and other places (see Figure 1).

there were light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northern Heilongjiang, eastern Tibet, southeastern Qinghai, northern Sichuan plateau, and northern Guizhou. Among them, eastern Tibet There is heavy snow in some areas such as other places.

There was light rain in parts of southeastern Tibet, western Chongqing, eastern Yunnan, and northeastern Hainan Island (see Figure 2).
