Russia denies bombing the residential building in the Ukrainian Dnipro

The Kremlin denied that Russian forces targeted the residential building that was bombed in Dnipro, eastern Ukraine, which led to at least 36 deaths, and the Kremlin confirmed that Moscow is only bombing military targets.

Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters: "The Russian armed forces do not bomb residential buildings or civilian facilities, but only military targets," speaking of the possibility that a missile from Ukrainian air defenses fell on the building.
