According to the prosecutor’s office, in December 2021, he convinced an employee of the administration who was subordinate to him to make an illegal decision to provide a land plot to a group of citizens in common shared ownership on preferential grounds.
In addition, according to the press service, in 2018 he received a large bribe from a representative of a legal entity for assistance in concluding a lease agreement for a land plot in the territory of the regional capital.
On January 15, Deputy Mayor of Vladivostok Alexei Leifer was arrested for two months.
