“Of course, the Central Election Commission will prepare its proposals, which can be applied already in the next campaign and in the upcoming presidential elections in Russia,” Pamfilova said.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the presidential administration, together with the Central Election Commission and the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, to study the issue of improving the mechanisms of public control in the electoral process by July 1.
