Company vehicles or long-term rental vehicles are eligible, but not company vehicles whose fuel costs are borne by the employer.

As for the unemployed person who "needs to travel to look for work", he will be able to request aid from Pôle emploi, Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne said in early December 2022.
