The interlocutor of the agency said that Victoria Altunina and her husband were flying on the plane.
“We studied (with Victoria) at the same department and worked together.
Unfortunately, it's true," she said.
It is noted that Altunina taught the Russian language and the culture of speech.
On January 15, a plane crashed on the runway of Pokhara International Airport in Nepal.
There were 68 passengers and four crew members on board.
Four Russian citizens are among the victims.
