This scene was captured on the cell phone of Edson Garcia, the owner of a nearby bakery. 



Garcia said through local media, "The shop owner sprayed it as if watering a tree, but it turned out to be a woman." attitude),” he said.

Controversy grew stronger, but the shop owner said it was "difficult to apologize to women." 



In an interview with local media, he said, "What I did is terrible, but it's also terrible to leave that woman on her street." 



"People in the neighborhood know this woman well. In particular, other shop owners have complained that homeless people are blocking sidewalks and entrances," he said. he explained.   



"I called the police at least 25 times, but it was useless," he said. "The authorities will take the woman to a shelter and release her in two days.



A police official said, "Both the shop owner and the homeless woman expressed their stance that they no longer want further action from the police."   



Meanwhile, San Francisco is struggling with homelessness. 



Authorities took measures such as demolishing homeless tent villages, but the ban was banned last month when a federal court sided with the homeless.
