Specialists working for two vehicle recovery companies carried out a truck recovery operation in Frangy (Haute-Savoie) this Thursday in the middle of the day.

They worked for more than three hours and finally succeeded in straightening and putting back on its wheels the heavy weight which had tipped over in a ditch along departmental road 910, says

.

The professionals also saved the cargo present in the trailer of the truck.

The 24-ton vehicle was indeed transporting pallets of beer crates to be delivered to a supermarket in Rumilly (Haute-Savoie).

The truck stuck on the side was leaning so much that it was in danger of falling over.

The cargo would then have been lost.

The repairmen avoided the disaster scenario by using a crane to extricate the heavy vehicle from its rut.

To leave them the field free, traffic had been interrupted on the RD 910. The accident was due to a maneuver that the driver was forced to perform to avoid a vehicle arriving in front of him.
