  • Marbella Civil Guard divers search the sea for the remains of the murdered woman

While the GEAS divers tried to locate the head and hands of

Natalia,

the Colombian woman whose corpse appeared decapitated and mutilated floating in the sea, the second of those arrested in relation to her death and a friend of her confessed murderer was made available by the Police and gave a statement before the

Court of Violence against Women number 1 of Marbella.

The judge has agreed this Friday the provisional release of her.

The judge has made this decision since the prosecutor in the case did not request her entry into prison.

However, the magistrate has agreed to impose a series of

precautionary measures

on this individual that include the prohibition to leave the national territory, the withdrawal of the passport and the obligation to appear before the Court every Monday of each week.

According to the information that the investigators are considering, on the day of Natalia's murder, the detainee

took the victim in a van

-apparently still alive- and her alleged murderer to the place where he would have killed her and from which - according to himself explained to the police officers - threw the woman's already dismembered body into the sea, about four kilometers from the beach where it appeared.

The vehicle in question, where relevant evidence could be found for the investigation,

has been located in Madrid

and this individual is being investigated for the alleged commission of a crime of cooperation in the murder of his friend's ex-girlfriend.
