The diplomat called on countries that have a great influence on the current situation to assist in establishing a dialogue between Russia and Ukraine.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the alliance between Russia and China threatens the Western world order.
Chinese President Xi Jinping, in turn, said that the PRC approves of Russia's readiness for negotiations on Ukraine.
