Found guilty, the crew was fined 300 euros.

He will also have to pay 1,500 euros in damages to the municipality.

The hunters, on the other hand, were released for the facts of wandering dogs.

At the time, the hunting society had assured that it had "applied the instructions and stopped the hunt".

The group maintained this version five years after the fact.

The investigation had nevertheless revealed that the hunters had crossed the perimeter.

Following these facts, Mayor Arnaud Dumontier issued an even more restrictive decree.

After this third sentence pronounced in three months against hunters in the department, the lawyer for the crew mentioned a "probable appeal".
