The two men arrested on Tuesday morning after a particularly bloody attack in the port district of Nice have been remanded in custody, public
prosecutor Xavier Bonhomme announced on Thursday evening at
20 Minutes .
These two "foreigners aged 27 and 28, Libyan and Tunisian", according to the magistrate, were indicted for theft with a weapon with two aggravating circumstances, but also for willful degradation.
They dispute the facts.
The facade of the Papon school had been discovered stained with blood belonging to a victim who remained, still Wednesday, “unidentified”, according to the prosecutor.

, the two alleged perpetrators tried to steal a shopping bag from her before injuring her.
But justice would not have found the trace of the latter.
