The days follow one another and look alike, with still rain over a good part of France, from the south-west quarter to Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, over Burgundy Franche-Comté and the Grand Est.

The mountains will also have the right to a little snow, in the Pyrenees and the Alps in particular.

The disturbed weather will progress on Friday towards the south of France while Pas-de-Calais will be kept on orange alert due to flooding on the Liane and Hem rivers, according to Météo-France forecasts.

In the morning, we will find gray and rainy weather in the south-west quarter in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, in Burgundy Franche-Comté and the Grand Est.

During the day, despite a few appearances of the sun, the sky will remain cluttered and bear showers over the south of Aquitaine and from the interior of Occitania in the Massif Central to the northern Alps and the Jura.

It will snow on the eastern massifs from 1,200 to 1,500 m, a little lower in the afternoon and evening.

On the Pyrenees, the snow will fall above 1,700 m altitude.

Around the Mediterranean, except for stubborn gray weather on the western side of Corsica, the weather will remain dry.

The sun will be brighter in the afternoon but at the cost of stronger winds.

In the area of ​​Tramontana, on the Provençal coast, the Var, the relief and the ends of Corsica, the gusts from west to north-west will reach 60 to 80 km / h in general.

They will exceed 100 km/h on Cap Corse.

Over the north-west of the country from the morning then to the Great East and the north of New Aquitaine, we will observe a changing sky: clearings and cloudy periods carrying showers will alternate.

The showers will be more frequent and marked from Normandy to the north of the Seine and then to the northeast in the afternoon.

From Brittany and Pays de la Loire to the Centre, the sunny periods will be quite beautiful in the first part of the day, before further cloudy deterioration from the west.

A little rain will arrive in the evening near the ocean.

On the northern third, the westerly wind will remain strong.

It will blow in gusts of 50 to 70 km / h inland, up to 80 on the Channel coasts and temporarily up to 90 in the morning from the Normandy coast to Nord-Pas-de-Calais.

In terms of temperatures, it will generally be between 4 and 9 degrees on Friday morning, locally 1 to 3 at the foot of the Pyrenees and in the Provençal hinterland but locally 8 to 12 on the Atlantic and Mediterranean coast.

The maximum will reach 9 to 14 degrees over the northern two thirds of the country, 14 to 17 degrees in the south, locally 18 on the Côte d'Azur and Corsica.
