The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine announced the preparation of a draft resolution of the UN General Assembly on a special tribunal against Russia

According to her, the resolution is planned to be submitted to the UN General Assembly later in 2023.

Also, the deputy head of the Ukrainian foreign ministry said that in Kyiv they had identified the draft resolution on the "peace plan" as the number one priority in February.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, said that a “peace plan” for Ukraine cannot exist without taking into account the entry into Russia of four new regions.

Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Representative of Russia to the UN, said that a "peace summit" without Russia's participation in it is impossible.

The UN reported that the Secretary General of the organization, António Guterres, is ready to mediate in the dialogue on holding a summit on the Ukrainian conflict only with the consent of all parties, including Russia.
