The epicenter was located at the junction of Qinghai and Gansu provinces. Afterwards, strong aftershocks of magnitude 5.1 and 5.2 occurred. The earthquake affected 171,000 people in Qinghai, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, and Ningxia, and damaged 95,000 houses to varying degrees. 2. Low temperature, rain, snow and freezing disasters in the south in the middle and late February
