"Both sides expressed their readiness to intensify political dialogue and exchange of visits of high and senior officials of Serbia and the United States ... Dacic expressed his readiness to visit the United States in the near future," the press service of the Serbian Foreign Ministry said.
State Department adviser Derek Chollet, in turn, welcomed Dacic's initiatives and expressed hope for a new meeting.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić did not previously rule out that the coming year 2023 will be harder than the previous one due to the economic downturn in the United States, the European Union and China.
