Eight bereaved families, two survivors, and one local merchant attended the public hearing of the special committee for the government investigation into the Itaewon disaster held at the National Assembly in the afternoon of today (12th).



First of all, the survivors stated the situation at the time of the disaster on October 29 last year.

Another survivor also said that the authorities did not manage the crowd at all during the disaster.
