His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum affirmed the depth of the historical relations between the UAE and the Republic of Pakistan, which form the basis for the future of bilateral cooperation, especially on the economic level. 



For his part, Shahbaz Sharif expressed his deep appreciation to the United Arab Emirates, stressing his country's keenness to develop opportunities for fruitful cooperation in various fields.

His Excellency also expressed his thanks and gratitude for the continuous development support from the UAE to Pakistan, appreciating the urgent assistance provided by the state to support his country's efforts to help those affected by the floods that befell it, and what this reflects in the depth of brotherly ties between the two countries. 

The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Supreme Chairman of the Emirates Airlines Group, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, and a number of senior officials.
