Finally, "the custody of the main respondent was lifted at the end of the afternoon due to his state of health requiring further medical intervention", while a police officer used his weapon during the attack. interpellation.

"His identity is still not formally established at this stage," adds the Paris prosecutor's office.

Known to the police under several identities, he was under an obligation to leave French territory linked to one of these identities, corresponding to a Libyan national.

But France cannot execute OQTFs to Libya for multiple reasons.
