A kindergarten teacher from Val-d'Oise accused of violence

A mother has filed a complaint for "violence against a minor" against a teacher at a nursery school in Montmagny (Val-d'Oise).

She claims that the latter has been abusing her daughter since the start of the school year, going so far as to pull her hair.

She received a summons on Tuesday to be auditioned.

She explained that her daughter had told her on several occasions that she had been abused by her teacher and that these statements had been corroborated by other students.

The teacher would have assured that she wanted to separate the little girl from a friend she was trying to strangle.

But that did not convince the mother.

An investigation has been initiated.

The respondent, who had been at the school for nine years, was transferred to another establishment this month.

She denies the facts and plans to file a complaint for defamation.

The mayor of the town, for his part, clarified that no recrimination had ever been made against the accused teacher.
