My mother is from Changsha, Hunan, and my father is from Taiwan. I was born in Taichung, Taiwan. I followed my mother to the mainland when I was in the top class of kindergarten. Because the mainland is developing faster and has greater potential, so I My mother chose to bring me here to receive education, live and grow here, so I spend most of my time in mainland China.

From kindergarten to high school, I have been in Changsha, (later) admitted to Nanjing University, where I studied international economics and trade.

[Explanation] Because he became obsessed with dancing in high school, the first thing he did after he went to college was to join the hip-hop club of Nanjing University.

He served as the captain in the club and met many friends who love hip-hop.

After arriving at university, I found that many people around me will get closer, not only because of study, but also because of hip-hop or other hobbies that bind us more (tightly) together, that is, become a big family , let's go enjoy this thing together.

[Commentary] During college, Internet companies recruited college students to go to a dance studio in the United States for exchange activities, and Chen Hanlin signed up immediately.

After the summer internship, he stayed and was responsible for product planning.

At work, he felt the size of the mainland market, which strengthened his determination to stay in the mainland for development.

During the Chinese New Year, people will use mobile phones to swipe red envelopes, WeChat red envelope activities, QQ red envelope activities, this is basically the activity with the largest number of participants every year. I am in charge of a game project in it, and the pressure is also very high. If you have any problems after sending it out If it is not, it is something that affects the experience of hundreds of millions of people, so we must be very careful.

[Explanation] After the outbreak of the epidemic, Chen Hanlin resigned from the Internet company, and the original study abroad plans of other Taiwanese friends were temporarily put on hold.

We are now Wudao hip-hop studio, (is) I met 3 Taiwanese students in the hip-hop club of Nanjing University, plus I are 4 people, and the 4 of us created it together.

At that time, we joked before graduation that if we have the opportunity to open a dance studio together after graduation, we didn’t expect that after we graduated and we encountered the epidemic situation again, we would reintroduce this project again. Things suddenly go to pick up, and then go to finish.

[Explanation] Chen Hanlin never thought that the hobby that he has persisted for the longest has now really become a career.

Four Taiwanese young people who originally had different life trajectories had an intersection in Nanjing.

In fact, many things are more difficult for the first time.

I was still in Changsha at the time, and they selected (studios) these places. After they were almost selected, I came here to find the design team and decoration team.

I am mainly responsible for the daily operation of the studio, including some online activities, daily management, and maintenance of students. It means that everyone should do what they are good at.

[Explanation] Looking back on 2022, after the careful management of Chen Hanlin and his friends, the current dance room in the center of Nanjing is about 270 square meters, with a total of more than 500 students, and the number of students is still expanding.

Looking forward to 2023, Chen Hanlin feels that there are many opportunities and possibilities in the mainland, and in the Mood for Love should seize the opportunities and pursue their dreams.

We want to create a spiritual habitat for dancers.

(I) am currently studying psychology and preparing for a thesis.

I hope to get my master's degree certificate and open a psychological counseling room.

In fact, some of the problems or psychological pressure encountered by many people in life can be released through this thing, and they can feel their own satisfaction (value) in the process of helping others.
