Ukrainian Presidency: The battles of Solidar and Bakhmut were the "bloodiest" since the beginning of the war

The battles being waged by the Russian and Ukrainian armies to control Solidar and Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine are the "bloodiest" since the beginning of the Russian war, said Mykhailo Podolyak, Ukrainian presidential advisor, on Wednesday.

"Everything that is happening today in Bakhmut and Solidar is the bloodiest scenario for this war," he said in an interview with Agence France-Presse.
