The flooding had already started on Tuesday, but on Wednesday there was even more water outside the hotel.
- So far, the buildings have survived, but if the water rises even more, they can also be damaged, says Karola Berg.
The entire road, a miniature golf course and parts of the grass area are now under water.
Neither garbage trucks, mail nor some deliveries have managed to get through.
During Wednesday, there have been several small floods in Västerås, including during E18 at Anundshögsmotet.
What caused the flooding at the hotel is still unclear.
- I suspect that they are some kind of leak.
There can't be this much water from melting snow and rain.
The municipality has been working to fix the problem since yesterday, says Karola Berg.
