Postponement of the legal retirement age

Elisabeth Borne should announce the postponement of the legal age of departure, from 62 to 64 years old for all those born after 1968 and not 65 years old.

The contribution period to obtain a full-rate pension will be extended to 43 years before the 2035 horizon, which was set during the last Touraine reform.

It will also be a question of long careers.

Nine or ten quarters contributed before the age of 20 will make it possible to leave at 62 or 63.

For those who started working before the age of 18, they can leave at 60 or 61.

A minimum pension of 1,200 euros for all retirees?

This is one of the last points to be decided.

The executive was so far in favor of 1,200 euros for new retirees but the lines are moving.

Will this new threshold for all pensions be in the initial text presented on Tuesday?

Perhaps the government will let the members of the majority or the Republicans make an amendment to this effect.

End of special diets

This reform also puts an end to the special regimes.

It concerns some of the RATP staff and agents in the gas and electricity industry.

But beware, it will only be for new entrants since the government does not align the conditions of all of its employees with the rest of the population.
